2025: A Year of Growing Ministry

As we begin a new year, I want to pause before jumping ahead to 2026 and reflect on the blessings of Immanuel’s ministry in 2025. Remembering and celebrating are important acts of faith. Thank you for your participation, generosity, and prayers that made this past year possible.

If you financially contributed to Immanuel in 2025, you will soon receive your 2025 giving statement from our contribution secretary. As you review it, please know how deeply grateful I am for every gift, whether financial, tangible, or offered through your time and presence. From tithes and special offerings to volunteering, donations of food, clothing, and household items, every gift strengthened Immanuel’s ministry and our partnerships in the community. If you are considering participating in generosity at Immanuel, I invite you to join us in growing together, modeled after the early church in the book of Acts.

In 2025, Immanuel partnered with local organizations such as Anchor House of Warren County, Unite Wright City, Wright City Community Food Pantry, AGAPE, and the Warren County Warming Shelter to support neighbors with food, shelter, utilities, and spiritual care. I am also grateful for Immanuel’s investment in my pastoral formation and ordination process, which strengthened our shared ministry and community connections.

Each Sunday, Immanuel’s historic campus remained open for worship and spiritual growth through choir, confirmation classes, children’s ministry, and fellowship. In 2025 we also launched a new youth group partnership with three neighboring churches. Our online ministry continues 24/7 through Facebook, YouTube, and our website, offering worship, updates, and connection, especially during winter weather.

I am continually inspired by Immanuel’s people and leadership. Your gifts, compassion, and faith make Immanuel a vibrant and caring body of Christ. Thank you for being who you are and for all you do. I am proud to be your pastor.

With gratitude and peace, Pastor Kim
